ARE THE P 22 clutchs improved? Or do I still need to carry a spare? Oh do I need to buy stock in NGK for my plug blowing 9R? 4 plugs every outing is no fun, and it is not just my sled doing it.

New for 2024 is hotswap clutches and place for a spare one with your spare belt. And Bluetooth sparkplugs ;)

Hey don’t ask questions that pertain to real world issues… ngl though buying anything first gen is sketchy. Usually 3rd or 4th gen they get it figured out. The 9r? Woulda waited atleast 2-5 years before buying just because these issues are bound to happen.

Polaris needs to SERIOUSLY address the clutches and plugs. It looks like they have a shorter handlebar now and I haven't heard anyone mention those, so I'm *hoping* they haven't released ALL the news yet.

Plugs have been an issue for polaris long before the 9r and garbage p22

@@wooohooo007 Coulda fooled me. I’ve never fouled a plug on my 17’ Axys that just turned 2100 miles. I change them at the beginning of the year - but so what? I’ve got that change in my ash tray lol

So if Pro and Khaos share same rail profile, what is the difference now between Pro and Khaos? Shocks only?

The front skid shock on Khaos is one inch longer & has a adjustable limiter strap.

I think with the sleds being so capable, the urge to get to these high up high risk zones aren't 'the thinf' to do as much now. About playing in moderate alpine and tree ride.

Went to go snow check a RMK Pro Slash 850 NA & Polaris again has limited the options you can pick. Wtf is the point of having the configurator when they won’t let you order what you want?

A group of 154 and 155s are fine. But if you ride with 175 and 165 turbo guys, you quickly notice the struggling 155. Just being honest

I believe that the sleds have gotten so capable now that we need shorter tracks to make it more difficult to get to the top, todays mountain sled has outgrown most riding areas

I know what you're getting at but I don't believe its actually true. I ride a Turbo 175 and I know of plenty of difficult terrain, none of oir rides are easy, we constantlypush it. With new capabilities comes new challenges and the mountains are full of them. But maybe that's just Alaska. A big sled with lots of track and power isn't even the most important thing. The abilities of the rider is the most important.

The only color that's attractive on these 24's is the orange. And I REALLY wished they'd just let the lime squeeze color die. I know they call it "neon," but it's the same. The rest of the colors are terrible. At least they have an all-black option. All of the sudden Doo's mint freeride doesn't look that bad haha.
