I would buy a used one if I did it again. Haven’t use it enough to justify the high cost. If money is a non issues it’s great. Seems like a lot of new machines have heat and ac so look into that too. This is a bare bone’s off-roader.

Harnesses suck but not overkill if you do any kind of rock climbing or hills. Many people have died in these rolling down a steep hill, a harness keeps you inside the cage. Pounding trails, definitely overkill but at least they're there for rollovers.
