There are certain things need to be considered before buying in Delhi 1. The tax rates will be from 10% to 18% from the date of invoice of the car 2. Most of the vehicles kilometres will be tampered 3. After Buying ensure that you will be getting the Noc from the concerned RTO 4.In case of buying Diesel vehicle the cars registerd in Delhi is only valid for 10 years , After that getting of NOC is somehow difficult process so please be aware of that 5.Please make make sure to check basic details of VIN , RC matches with the car

Don't believe the kilometre , Check the chassis number properly with your RC book they tampered it easily.. most of the vehicles are taxi .. ( in Delhi while you change a taxi vehicle to private the number also changed so the private vehicle will get new number while you search the new number with Mparivahan or any other application it shows as first owner ) the rate he told to you is high but compared to the price in tamilnadu it's cheep only you get benifit in diesel vehicles only especially Toyota, bmw , Benz like that

You are mistaken bro, after coming Chennai there will be full road tax and other taxes will have to pay. More ever you donot know what could have happened earlier history. Before purchasing take a machanic with valuer. Valuer can easily find out where it is a accident or repainted. Normally delli , Mumbai cars will have dent on the bady. In these 2 cars I could see any dent so there must be a repainted be carefull just to save 2 L it better' to buy your own place with trusted dealer.
