Don't transfer other state vehicle. I have done for my car and 2 bikes. It will take minimum two years. You have to bribe lot to RTO office. They will harash you. Instead drive with the same registration. It is not crime. If you want to sell it later than you can send the vehicle to that state for a resale. Better to sell the vehicle in that state while transfer. Because the RTO officials will suck your blood. I am a victim.

DONT DO RE REGISTRATION better sell it of even if its less than 5 years old . its a painful process you have to put atleast 10 days leave , lot of money loss atleast 1 lakh . Better come without NOC easy to sell even if it is KA registration . broker not interested to do re registration work most you end up doing .broker charge 10000for 2 wheeler and 15 thousand just for borker they charge. Also i tried directly 3 four time..
