That was a really good review. Tactical basin usually refers to the Coresolid as the “power“ line of reels and the MGL as the “finesse“ line of reels. I am very impressed with the upgrades of the current model Shimano Vanford. That said the only reason I noticed a differences is because I also own the previous model Vanford and the current model Shimano Stella. Otherwise it would be difficult to for me to appreciate technological upgrades. Also i’m a new subscriber. Congrats on a great video.👏🏿👏🏿🎣

It all depends on what type of lures you’re gonna be using/ what fish you’re targeting. What will it be used for?

@ some rapalas Fresh water and surf fishing, drop shots jigs grubs & minnow’s.

@@ocelots4627If you’re going to be surf fishing and using heavier lures/ weights, I’d go with the heavier braid. And if you’re using the smaller stuff, go lighter.

Shimano Sedona 2500 is good budget friendly option. $70. Abused multiple reels over years and they are solid performers.

Sedonas are great for the price! I own a few of those as well.
