As a physiotherapist is really grateful to watch Nyjah in full shape. I worked on LCA replacement rehabilitation with many sports modalities (would be nice to have a skater!), and usually patients last more than 2 years to feel completely confident on their knee performance… I think 2023-24 was less fluid to Nyjah (or perhaps is just my impression) but now he seems landing as trustable as he always was! But since this video was released on KZbin one month after the competition, I think the SLS media guys could put a side note on the video to say to whomever is watching that the Jhancarlos was injured but okay.

Man, when Joslin is on, he is fucking ON. What an incredibly talented skater. The 9.4 was well deserved for a perfectly flipped, beautifully caught, and textbook landed trick. Also, it needs to be pointed out how amazing the love between these "adversaries" are. How many other sports do you see a defending champ in the moments after cementing the win for someone else, immediately run up to the winner with a huge smile and give him a huge hug and congratulations? Skate culture is the best.

They underscored nyjah’s nollie backside flip lip, to be honest. It should’ve been 9.4-9.5. Ribiero is good at doing tricks that look way harder than they are. If you’d ever tried some of these tricks on a flatbar yourself you’d understand what I’m saying.
