2024 Supercross -- The Antecedents of Nashville Supercross

The short but eventful history of supercross in the Country Music capital of the world -- and a look at more recent events in the most competitive and compelling supercross season in its 50-year history.
If you actually read video descriptions, and I’m convinced that no one does - no one reads anything anymore - apologies for the excessive and intrusive visual edits required by Feld Motorsports (and the YT algorithm bots).
Being a rather grumpy old man who once made a living as a professional motorsports journalist - back when such a thing existed on a wider scale, and was arguably an honorable enough profession - I don’t actually like or fundamentally agree with “fair use.”
But all the kids are doing it these days. It’s a real thing. And I’m relegated to coloring between the lines as best I can with a corporate boot on my neck. Further, resigned that if I want to write about the sport I’ve been involved with and loved my entire life, I’ll have to produce video essays. (‘Cause, you know, no one reads anymore.)
This channel is intended as storytelling, with a bit of commentary and historical context laced throughout. I do hope some find value in its content. Even if the “promoters” of the sport do not.

Was the day when I went to the tracks to race. And even after racing, went to the track to ride. But now, I mostly go to the track to drink beer. So, yeah. That'd work... 10 or so sounds about right. And Sam Elliot? I'm more than good with that. Cheers Tim. Appreciate you watching.

How pathetic is Felt..... when your actually promoting there product giving more hype to an already interesting season actually encouraging fans to tune in to see how it ends up..........
