Hi Warro, I think it's great that we never know what to expect from your next video. But synchronicity is in play with this one! I bought a set of pannier racks and bags for my Classic 350 from India, and I laid them out on the work table tonight for installation tomorrow. There were no instructions, of course, so I held them up to the bike to see how everything mounted. These are the racks with the little shelves that must be bolted to them, rather than the ones that have the shelves welded on. In any case, besides the holes where the shelves mount, there are 4 additional holes in the racks that I just couldn't understand the point of. 30 minutes later, watching your newest video, I understood. That is just fantastic. Just a reminder that you need to finish the Kent camshaft fitting series. Thank you!

great to hear you figured out those racks, must be a new line as neither of the sets i bought had those so thats a plus. put another hour into the cam fit with edits today so it is coming along. there are some great tips in this and i think it will be a very helpful view experience which others failed to hi-lite so it is coming just not sure when it will be completed. either way not long now

The spare fuel tank fix is easy enough and I see you have nailed it Warro. Repeating myself, I do like this 250SX, if I did decide to replace my 1982 Honda CB250rs, I would choose this little Suzuki I am sure. Along with my new 500x, I do have a little BMW G310r which is nice little single cylinder bike which I feel has been missed by motorcycle world. Keep em coming .....😊👍🏍

Hi Warro, Love the look of the black strom How do you think the sx compares too the gb350 power wise and cruising comfort. Which do you prefer for highway cruising?

SX has far more power and can easily run at 100 kph and pull hills too. so if i was running highways the SX would be pick but in reality my 2023 vespa scooter gts 300 scooter beats them all. each time i get on it i am amazed how fast it is off the mark and i have not tried it yet with traction control off. top speed the suzuki would be ahead there either way in reality you can have two suzukis 250 sx for the price of one vespa...lol so the suzuki is by far besty value bike you can buy

Hey Warro, what a brilliant add on when needed. I wonder if it could fit on the inside of the bracket lower on a separate plate using the 4 bolt hole on the main plate? Naturally, you’d have to check clearance to the swingarm on full jounce. But, that way you can still fit your panniers & still have spare fuel. I’ll look at your video again from the inside to see if any issues may arise. Cheers & happy Easter 👍

Nice mod Warro, hope the tank still fits when you replace the zip ties with longer bolts and that the bolt heads do not rub up against the tank. Maybe using flat headed countersunk bolts could be the answer if you do find a problem. Hope you and the family have a good Easter.

the rear footpegs problem could be solved by fitting a longer bolt, and using an extra nut as a spacer, allowing the footpeg to be placed out of the way, otherwise watch your ankles you may catch them on the rear footpeg... happen to me before

firt time ive ever had to remove rear footpegs but your idea does sound good to me and i will give it a try. you'd think they would included something like this in the fitting kit. a great call on your side and i will give it a whirl.

I have a similar solution on my bike with a 5l tank, I purchased a cheap black plastic cutting board and used a hole saw to cut three spacer discs, I also ditched the u bolts. 👍

all sorted out now and started on the crashbars late today. that rear engine bolt was on etremely tight so must he high up on torque setting there. may have to try and hunt those numbers down on the front and rear of engine. crash nar attached to both locations

i actually sold both of them. great bikes but i like the singles. so i'm now on 350's i did about 10,000 klm on the 650 chrome and it ran well and super smooth too

yeah im think on shorter runs not required and if i do a longer stink then put it on. gotta first find out what range i get to a tank of firepower...lol bike has only done 120 klm too so i have to clock up a few quick klm so i can run it at more legal speed.

thanks me too i tried the other side of the plate today and it doesnt fit nor will the spare fuel container fit inside the location either so my guess is thats about it for me...lol plus i might never use it either. all the best!

i have quite a few day long runs planned running say up to 450 klm. remote areas too so i have to make sure its up to scratch as i will be solo warro...lol crash bar are on next or in a day or so depending on how it flows or hope so...lol

yeah that works well. i did that on my first clip on the honda ct125 trail back in 2019. bike was in very first shipment. got a bit of abuse from the guys waiting for their bike and wanted to see some good accessories. like in those days they had the accessories and waiting for the bike. so i did just that and that top 10 accessory clip ran 400,000 youtube views. so i did top 21 accessories and a far better clip too and that clip flopped...lol hard life on the tube...lol ive gotta do a tank test too. some of these rides i plan to do are around 400 klm plus per run in very out of the way places. so id like to do them on a mid week day run and not chase fuel or thats the plan

actually started work on those late today. no instruction on the steps just a diagram of the parts included. my thoughts are they are very nice bars regardless with top end and lower motor protection and look real quality too. so plan to go for that next up clip. well providing i have no issues with the instal...lol all the best!

Rear foot pegs will work as crash bars.Fuel container is a great idea 💡 good for getting way out the back country.

plan to get into the crash bar fitting maybe tomorrow. bars look good and nice and sturdy too i'd say they will add probably 6 kgs to the bike

I wondered that too swapping them to opposite side vice versa to see if that'll work & bit in middle will facing out not in & no need for bracket🤔🤔🤔.Unless they only go on that way then bracket is good fix.
