I purchased the Ignis. Got a huge discount from the showroom. Build quality is very good, engine is totally silent, good power and loads of functions. It's definitely better than the Swift. Ignis is a treat for drivers. I am getting 15.5 kmpl in city and about 23 kmpl on long drive.

Bhai, i don't know about other cars. I've driven, 2nd gen Santro and my first new car has been 2018 Ignis petrol Delta MT. From family vacations to office trips, from city urban driving to Mumbai pune express way, this car has made it all... I've driven close to 24k in my 6 years (not much in terms of nos ) but 80% of it, has been in city ride. mind it, no other city but Mumbai, pure Mumbai city traffic. And my my, this car has seen it all. Once the signal turns green, From 0 to 40 within a few seconds, I've seen my Ignis competiting with Honda Activa that too old gen which had a good revvvv... all major new comers like MG, punch, swift or even it's BB Baleno and many others are yet to start but this vehicle runs like a butter. This is also possible thanks to it low kerb weight by lesser then 100kg then others... only grands of Merc, bmw, toyato, Skoda or Audi have capabilites to beat this little one... Only hiccups is, smaller back seat, bumper prone to be hit by rash drivers, no rear ac vent, smaller back seat, reasonable decci space.. but what more can you ask for at a 6L budget in Mumbai But if you can live with above negatives, Overall, this the best choice and best car for a lower middle class small family....

In 2015 I learnt my driving on Swift. At high speed 100 kmph the, then heavily built Swift shakes a bit. . But after driving Ignis over 100 kmph, There was hardly any shake or any body roll. The suspension is stiff in Ignis. 😊😊😊

They have compromised alot in built quality, features and now in Engine too!
