Autopark returns in the 2024 FSD supervised version 12! Tesla now has three types of cars with different configurations: the new models with HW4 Ryzen chip, 5 megapixel cameras, and no ultrasonic sensors (USS); older models with HW3 Intel Atom, 1.2 megapixel cameras, and USS; and a middle variant with HW4 and USS. New visualization for HW3 Tesla with USS arrived in 12.3.6 - this was not available in prior versions like 12.3.3 and 12.3.4. This allowed Tesla owners with HW3+USS to enjoy the benefits of the new Autopark features. HW3有USS的特斯拉在12.3.6 也可使用視覺化自動停車介面--之前的軟體版本12.3.3和12.3.4 還是使用之前的介面。新的介面使舊的特斯拉車主也能夠享受新自動泊車功能的好處。
Telsa has introduced the Telsa Vision Park Assist feature where the vehicle create a high-fidelity reproduction of surrounding objects on the screen. This allow cars without USS to have a 3D visualization when parking making it a very important feature to have. In order to have 3D render of the surroundings, the car will need to have 5 MP camera and ryzen chip. For the Tesla Vision Park Assist feature, cars with HW4 and USS can choose if they want to use the “standard” option, which uses USS and the standard visualization when parking, or toggle it to the Vision-only feature, where the display will render the surroundings in 3D on the screen with USS disabled. New Teslas model3 and Y made after October 2022 that don’t have USS, of course, will only have the Vision-only option when parking. 特斯拉先前推出Tesla Vision停車輔助功能，車輛能在屏幕上生成周圍物體的高保真重現。這使得沒有USS的車輛在停車時能夠有3D可視化效果做輔助，是非常重要的功能。要實現周圍環境的3D渲染，車輛需要配備500萬像素攝像頭和Ryzen芯片。
To clarify, Autopark and Park Assist are two separate things. Old teslas with HW3 12.3.6 received the new 2024 Autopark interface which is the same as the new tesla's interface. There wasn’t much information online about whether the old Tesla's Autopark visualization is using vision only. Also, we cannot confirm if old tesla in 12.3.3, 12.3.4 and 12.3.6 actually use USS for Autopark. Since the old tesla receive the same Autopark interface in 12.3.6, we made an educated guess that tesla's with the 5MP camera for Autopark is over equipped and our old tesla is not outdated for autopark. In the video, we also demonstrate the new Autopark feature with a blue M3 Highland and compare it to our old 2018 Model 3. We noticed that Autopark performed the same in the old and new models. Autopark cannot pull straight into a parking spot. Autopark cannot handle slanted or diagonal parking spots. And they are everywhere .
