Quite a year of hiking you've had so far Gerald, I couldn't even keep up with watching all your videos. I'm 6 years behind you and fit guys like you give me a sense of confidence that I can keep on enjoying all that our area has to offer. Thanks for the nice video!

Great video Gerald! Happy early birthday!! (I’m still convinced you’re in your 50’s lol!) I look up to you a lot, you’re a huge inspiration for so many to keep putting one foot in front of the other!

You certainly had some great hikes that definitely needed a high level of fitness, not bad for your 68th year. Health is the most important thing in life, yours & your family members, it’s a game changer! Nice video, keep those old legs pumping lol

I like Scott’s words, be active for one hour a day. To keep moving is so important, at any age.

Thanks, I really liked your summary of our lives at the beginning of the vid. You and Mark have taken the up torch from Mr Nash and have proven again how lucky we are to be able live and raise a family in P.G. You guys have really opened up the Kakwa, I suspect that it will rightly become a destination hotspot in the not to distant future .

@@rickszabo4312 Thankyou for the kind words. As for Kakwa it will only be those determined individuals that visit it but also those now have some knowledge of what’s available to those who don’t mind working hard. Mark and I will return as there is still so much to see and we only scratched the surface. Blueberry is another place you could visit a dozen times and see something new each time. Thanks for following along😊
