Anyone else noticing how the neon parts of the card light up really bright at the right angle? Dead on looking at the card it looks flat, but at an angle they are BRIGHT

Anything that is not a top tier superstar, HOF'er, parallel or auto/mem is put into shoe boxes and every 3-6 months i take them and drop them off at hospice or the nearby children's hospital. Don't take em to Goodwill though......they keep a vast majority of their own profits and barely donate any of the profits to any type of charity. I even leave guys like Correa, Arenado, Goldschmidt (the $.25 "stars") in with the commons so the kids get some bit of excitement and they're not just like, "yayyyyyy!! Free kindling!" 🤣

retail is looking better than hobby/jumbo by a big margin. I've seen several Jumbo cases with basically no "big" hits. One case only had 10 numbered cards in the whole case. It did have a gold mirror, but still.

What are HFAs? And I've been doing pretty damn good on the fat packs but the one hanger I bought did have a sick George Brett parallel numbered/299... Same bret you pulled I believe but a parallel.

Yellow were always kind of scarce, now they will be in the future stars cards value pile. Bummer on that. As far as getting parallels and inserts this is fun, but there's just so much of the unnumbered stuff there's not a lot of long term value. Fun rip but know it's just for fun.

I received my hobby and jumbo boxes today. I've had bad boxes before but the hobby box had nothing. Not one numbered card. The mem card is maybe worth $2. No Elly. The jumbo was saved by one card ( that paid for both boxes + ) as the box wasn't much better. Again, no Elly. Think I'll go get some hangers and blasters tomorrow.
