In reality winglets doesn't work that much for motorcycle below 200bhp..to achieve max down force we need to push the motorcycle above 200kmph. In motogp where the motorcycle do power wheelie during the exit of the corner or hitting the straights(in this time these bike reach upto 300+kmph)to avoid this front wheel lift off and to ensure max grip on track they gone to install winglets.. For 300cc motorcycle reaching a top speed of 165kmph and creating 3kg downforce doesn't create much difference where there is no possibilities of power wheelie For reference please look on to moto3 motorcycles (250cc with 60hp). They actually don't have winglets
