Felica is a badass! Watched her throw back to back 300's in mostly a men's tournament! Good luck lefty!

That was in Montana, correct? She holds the record there for back to back 300s in a tournament by any person. Had 30 in a row if I remember correctly.

I'm a big fan of Jane Sin and her super simple game. She is usually deadly accurate and keeps all her balls in the pocket. She started out pretty well, but she lost the line to the pocket as the games went on and she didn't have her best day. Jilian Martin is a monster. Her ball has ridiculous pace and rev rate and she knows how to play the oil patterns just about perfectly. Relatively speaking, she is like a Verity Crawley or Daria Pajuk, but with more consistency. She's going to dominate the PWBA for years to come.

There absolutely MAY be a Boomenshine in some other countries. However, the young lady bowling in this competition is named Boomershine. That fact may be quite significant to her, her family/friends, and her fans. It would behoove the announcers to refer to her by her name. js

I really think the PWBA needs to get new tour ball reps. We need to stay on top of the women with ball changes. Grimly should not have been throwing urethane!
@gunner-qf9eh7 ай бұрын
@lesialambertconant6221 And you know for a fact that Gramly's tour rep told her to throw urethane? Or maybe Gramly made the decision on her own to throw urethane........or maybe she did it in an attempt to "Ugly" up the opponents ball reaction?
@lesialambertconant62217 ай бұрын
@gunner-qf9eh The only reason I know is they changed the surface on it before her match. Usually, that is an indication that both agreed to use it regardless of how she chose to use it. You want to win also, so...in her case, she has one match and it goes super fast. They didn't make the correct decision. That's the game. Lol
@gunner-qf9eh7 ай бұрын
@@lesialambertconant6221 I understand that. But how do we know Hope didn't make the final decision on what to throw, and the tour rep said ok and went with it. Tommy Jones, EJ Tackett, Jason Belmonte, and even Liz Johnson and Kelly Kulick all said that while the tour reps are vital, at the end of the day, it's up to the bowler as what to throw and when. Final decision rest with the bowler, just like in golf with a caddie. Now if we get word that Hope wanted to go reactive, and the rep talked her out of it and said stick with urethane no matter what.......than your comment has some credence to it. But we don't know for a fact who made the final decision. So saying all tour reps need to be replaced is a bit much. Besides, Jillian Martin was on a heater. She was pretty much the best bowler all week, and was going to win regardless of what changes were made.
@1953nagarjuna7 ай бұрын
She threw urethane because that's what got her to the stepladder. She was below the cut after shooting 1002 and 988 her first two five-game rounds of qualifying with reactive resin and then shot 1156 the final round using urethane to vault her to 25th place. She followed that by winning every match with urethane in matchplay with series of 628, 701, 717, 740, 731 and 699 for an average of 234.22 for 18 games.

Is anyone else getting a little annoyed at every bowling announcer using initials to identify bowlers? J Mart? Really? A w? Is it really that hard to say their full name? They all do it. It's getting stupid.
@gunner-qf9eh7 ай бұрын
@zedsodead Nope it doesn't bother me one bit. Because Jillian Martin goes by "J Mart" to all who know her. No different than the basketball world calling LeBron James "LBJ...... Kevin Durant "KD"...........Anthony Davis "AD"........or the football world calling Tom Brady "TB12".....and I can keep going for multiple other top athletes.
