So I’m going to apologize in advance for bringing the mood down. I’m sorry. Watching skins was a must. We never missed a episode. When I met him he was a very troubled young man. I introduced him to disc golf and it helped him turn his life around. The first year of playing he was out throwing me. Now we’re playing at night, in the rain, snow doesn’t matter. Watching him grow from a young man to a fully functioning man was beautiful. All thanks to disc golf, and the community. The support of random strangers who become friends. Such a beautiful spot, it’s definitely helped me with my mental health. I love this game for giving so much more than just throwing a disc. It brings people together and gives them a chance at life,even if it’s just getting out and getting a walk in. I want to ask anyone who believes, if you can please say a prayer for his family. If you don’t believe please send love. Thank you much love.
