I think Nate takes it personally when we ask if he can keep doing broadcasting, but it doesnt take away from him as a player, hes a great player as well, but hes the best broadcaster to ever do it, and I think that says a lot for what hes done for the sport.

@@leastselfawarepotassiumy'know, I wrote you a quite lengthy, oversharing response in which I discuss semantics, mental health, and share some inside scoop as to what it was like inside KZbin in 2016 (I straight up predicted the KZbin Campus Shooting incident - like I was telling teammates that I wouldnt be surprised if some frustrated failure of a KZbin content creator decidex to blame KZbin for their failure and take it out on the employees in a campus shooting (i had the sense campus security was more worried about lookyloo weirdos who wanted to film the office space and maybe steal some corporate secrets) and I tried to make a warning comment during the 2016 LA all-company annual supermeeting, asking something like "We often lift up Justin Bieber as an example of what kind of fame and success KZbin creators can achieve, but how do we think about setting reasonable expectations for the tens of thousands of creators who will not achieve their dreams of superstardom? Are we careful in what expectations we set as we deepen our strategic engagement support for creators?" but they took the mic away just as i was next in line. I waited too long to jump in line, and I think they noticed I was looking pretty agitated and probably going to play rough. Anyways. I resigned from my role some small number of weeks/months before the shooting. My former teammates were in the cafeteria/outdoor dining walled garden when the shooting started. Sometimes I go read the "there's a lot of good people in there" quote my former friend/coworker offered in the article and ponder multitudes.) But it was erased from my memory cache while switching apps to reference the cause of death for Susan Wojcicki (lung cancer) and her son (drug overdose @ Berkeley) and I'm just too tired to care about it being wiped by happenstance or trying to rewrite it all. Suffice it to say: none of this matters, I probably shouldn't be sharing the private statement of Susan Wojcicki and her 2016 leadership team in a KZbin chat box (plus y'all don't deserve to know the things I know), and my original point was to let the thumbnail creator know that I think they're a little bit of a shithead, which I've now done, if even at the expense of driving up engagement on this video and feeding "the algorithm" with my comments -- which I guess I don't mind, since it's not the video I find irksome, just the person who employed the clickbait tactic on the original thumbnail and title card (which you seem to be naive/ignorant to, as the linchpin of all this, because it's a pretty straightforward definitive clickbait tactic.) anyways. cheers!
