I can't express how much I have integrated head rest seats. Sport cars seat have no place in a family SUV. The Elegance has a far better looking interior that the monotone R-Line. The seats are gorgeous and without that stupid blue pipping. Wish there was a cover over the cup holders to keep everything neat when they're not in use.

Elegance looks more upmarket..... what does the VW think by making top trim look base with all the good features in it. Wish R comes with elegance interiors.

If I understand correctly, the wheel in the center of the console is used to control the volume, change the theme (ambient light colors) and manage the driving modes. For such a command (with a high frequency of use), I find that the choice of these functions is not very appropriate. The volume is already present on the steering wheel controls. I don't think users will change interior themes that frequently. the same goes for the driving modes. I would have found it more logical to use the wheel to control the infotainment (BMW type) or other more useful functions.

The stand alone screen is not doing it for me it should be part of the complete dash panel. It looks cheap as it is. Just my view someone on their 2nd VW Tiguan

I like the new design a lot except for the hideous oversized, scaleless mouth on the front fascia on the R Line. I would like to buy the R Line but I can’t get over the oversized mouth.

A step backwards. A hideous dashboard. A laptop glued on to a sea of piano black plastic. And to add insult to injury, a stupid column mounted shifter. WHO approved this thing? And those rear cup holders take something simple and turn it into a cheap looking device that’s bound to break easily. Ridiculous.
