His eligibility? Is it an academic issue because I know he played in Week 1

NCAA had cleared him prior to the season but new information has been brought to their attention regarding whether he has any college elibigibilty left. It is not academic related. Apparently he is still practicing with the team, but no word about whether he will be able to play this week or agian this season.

Robert thank you for tuning in. In regards to Memphis and Florida State it will without a doubt be an emotional game with Mike Norvell coaching against his former team and Florida State is desperate for a win to salvage what they can from this 2024 season. I do think with Florida State coming off the bye week and with some attention off of them for the moment I think they prevail in a close game. And fans probably won’t like it because you want to win by as many as you can but I think Florida State will only do just enough to win this game because that has to be the mentality right now you don’t have to put up 40, 50 points if you don’t need to, just do enough to win and establish momentum heading into the later portion of the season. However, if they lose, the rumors of Mike Norvell being on his way out with undoubtedly ramp up but I feel the only way they part ways with him is if they know they’ll be able to get a strong hire. I actually believe Lane Kiffin would be in the mix I do think he’s open to leaving Ole Miss because I feel Lane Kiffin isn’t going to win a national championship at Ole Miss if it’s not this season despite Ole Miss being the biggest beneficiary of the new 12 team playoff besides Penn State. If I’m Florida State and their fan base if they fall to 0-3, I’m rooting for them to do bad enough to part ways with Mike Norvell and hope Florida does well enough this season for them to keep Billy Napier because I think Lane Kiffin would also be in the mix for Florida and if it comes down to a bidding war for him I think Florida would win easily. Or maybe Lincoln Riley could be a surprise candidate and he leaves USC because after all, he left Oklahoma because he didn’t like they were moving to the SEC. And now he doesn’t like the fact USC has moved to the Big Ten.

@@paulwarren4692 it’s going to be a tough task for them when you take into consideration they have lost 10 consecutive road games. If DJ Lagway starts it’s going to be even tougher for them.
