They should have had a 1st down, a timeout and 38 seconds remaining but instead they didn't give the reciever his forward progress so they had to scramble and if they had spiked it there it would have taken 2 seconds off the clock and they would have only had 1 attempt at a hail Mary instead of 2. Makes me wonder if he will be able to start a little faster than some of the recent NFL rookie QB's. While he will be playing against top-tier defenses in the League, he will always have a better O-Line than he does now. If he is this good now, I can't wait to see what he might do later. Especially as he seems to be a mobile QB who still has good pocket awareness and isn't a "tuck and run first" player. I think he could be very dangerous, and he's got a freaking cannon of an arm!
