Nice rides, it looks like the bike did OK, too bad you couldn't get a start. That was quite a few laps on a man's track, you are in good shape!

@@johndepperschmidt8984 starts were all operator error for sure. I think I had the clutch a little too far out. I dug a nice little hole behind the starting gate each time. I definitely need to do some practice starts on the bike. I've only done two starts, first and second moto 😆

A few takeaways: The glare up the hill looked brutal That rut at the top of the hill😮 Again... patience seemed to be in your favor. It looked like the Beeeta had no " oh shit" moments

@@rickvandyk31 I never felt like I was gonna lose it. The bike is super stable. I definitely need to practice some starts on it! Yes, the glare was horrible. We were just blindly going into g outs and chuck holes

Downhills look sketchy. Wouldn't want to be too far forward on those lol. Even filthy Phil was saying it was a tough track! Nice riding enjoyed that.

@@JimG1964 yeah, I've had a couple people say find smoother lines. Man, I really didn't see any anywhere! 😆 maybe my eyesight is getting bad 🤣

@@180mxtraining7 Yeah it's easy watching on youtube lol. Phil was sending it right down the middle and it seemed the best but hard to say.

I don't know who this racer is, definitely a good rider, I mean no disrespect but why do you have to run riders off the track to make every pass, it's not necessary with a track that wide
@180mxtraining7Ай бұрын
@@garrettbruce2913 I get what you're saying. It's the pro class. It's very hard to pass without taking the other persons line away. The skill gap is so close between myself and the other riders, that if I left them room. The pass would not stick and I spend the next couple laps losing time while I fight to get around them. In the lower skill classes it is much easier to get around people because there is such a varying level of skill, but the difference between myself and those other riders is sometimes only fractions of a second. Believe me, I've been shoved off the track probably more than I've done it myself.

Good answer and I agree. You have to get bike position and especially when you’ve reeled them in from behind. The other riders understand that they have to do the same thing. It’s part of the class.
