Hi Johnie and thanks for the recap of your year in puzzling. I had told you about the thrift store puzzle I threw out since it was all dark shiny pieces, false fits and missing pieces. So, I decided to buy myself a brand-new puzzle for a change. I selected the White Mountain Days of Christmas from your channel. You said it was fun and relaxing, so I went with it. It didn't arrive until after Christmas but don't' think I want to leave it until next Christmas next year. Will be doing it soon! Then someone gifted me a new puzzle with name BBoldin on the cover. I am not sure if it is the brand or the artist, as the only other thing on it is the name of the puzzle: Ivory Cat. The person that sent it is not a puzzler and would have no clue of a good or bad brand so probably just selected it based on the image. Well, I'm glad the person that gave it to me was NOT here when I opened it as I groaned in that it is all whites, ivories and grays, hence the name Ivory Cat. I would have never picked it, but since I have 6 white cats, they probably thought I was a white freak and that it was a perfect puzzle. I thanked them and said I would wait until later this spring or summer to do it, meaning until I get the guts to do it. Never heard of this name of puzzles so it could also be really poor quality. Looking forward to seeing all your new brands as well. Thanks for the quality entertainment as always!

Wow that ivory puzzle 😂 it's funny because I saw a discussion last week on one of the Facebook groups m people were mentioning that selecting a puzzle is really personal and people prefer chosing their puzzle rather than received as a gift. Oh well I received 2 this Christmas. One I really like and 1 I don't wanna do at all. Happens! Happy New year to you, enjoy the new puzzles!

WOW 24000 pieces is crazy! My biggest was 2000 and I'll do another one this year but I'll move slowly to 3k and 4-5k before attempting a big one like that! There are great ones out there, which one are you guys doing??

Great round up of the year... very nice editing... good idea showing your past videos... I also love the top brands you mentioned.. Have you tried Schmidt.. quality is better than Ravensburger (500) piece count. no glare at all... great snap fit.... another channel mentioned Yazz as a favorite, I will have to try it too... Love the images you are going to do for next year, looking forward to seeing the video and review on those... I enjjoy your channel and look forward to all you do next year....

Thanks! KZbin can be weird. Just stay consistent and try learn from your analytics. Why your good videos do good, try to replicate what works and change what doesn't work.

Have you tried the brand Ingooood? Its a ridiculous name, but I'm obsessed with their visuals, and the pieces are very high quality.
