Thanks for watching and for your question. No the National Hurricane Center upgraded the storm from a tropical depression (winds of 35mph) to a tropical storm (winds of 39+ mph). We are not expecting the tropical storm to become a hurricane. However, BIG RAIN will be the impact in Honduras, Belize, El Salvador, Eastern Guatemala and Western Nicaragua. Some areas could see more than 20 inches of rain.
