The winter forecast loos to be a bit milder than average in NY with equal chances for average precipitation. It can still get cold at times and if met with moisture will result in snow. There is a chance that you may get a decent snowstorm this winter but the snow may not last for long as mild temperatures rebound. Thanks for watching!

Yes that is the name for the sunrise - sunset line in satellite imagery. It is where daylight terminates and twilight begins or darkness ends and daylight begins. Pretty cool. I like to point that out whenever I show satellite imagery in my updates and it appears. Thanks for watching!
