Dude I'm so stupid lmao. I forgot your yearly setups were all in the same journal. When you flipped back to your future me problems from last year I thought it was editing magic. I was like "how did she do that transition so clean!?"
@JashiiCorrinАй бұрын
Haha 😂 I wish I was that good at editing, lol

Hi Jess! Loving the gamification series. Maybe initiative rewards could include things like new stationery, because not-procrastinating and planning seem connected.

this is going to be so helpful for my adhd hubby

Hi Jess, great video! I found it especially helpful to see how you filled out your gamification layouts. An idea for 'Initiative': maybe you could give points to your other life areas as a reward? less points in the lower levels to areas you find easier and more points in the higher levels to life areas you struggle more with? anyway, thank you for your hard work this year and I'm looking forward to your content next year. It has been immensely helpful
@JashiiCorrinАй бұрын
Oh that’s a cool idea! 💜 glad you’ve enjoyed the content this year 😄

Just watched your video...I've been working on my bullet journal for almost 2 years. Still a little confusing on what to put in it. But it's fun.

Having different clothes for working out *really* helps! I went waaaay out of the box. I got a pink outfit! (I wear all black so this is BIG for me, sounds like it may be the same for you!) Maybe try finding a bright colour you woudn't ever really wear, but you think is pretty/cool. ^-^
@JashiiCorrinАй бұрын
Yeah I'm thinking I'll do something similar! I only wear black too 😂

Yep having workout clothes help, I that it further by having them ready for when I get up in the morning.

Hi Jess. I am migrating from a Happy Planner to bujo (Yep, it's a BIG jump) and you're inspiring things to add in. I highly recommend overnight oats as an easy prep ahead breakfast. Google has all the recipes. Thanks again for helping to make sure that I don't miss anything and for helping me see that I can do this.

I made this jump about four years ago and it's been so much fun! Best of luck!

I use both. Previously, I bought dotgrid for the mini, or printed dotgrid for the classic, but now HP has dotgrid pages for the classic, so I don't have to buy cardstock!

58:24 Finding something small that your bio chemistry responds to as a reward for following through logically makes sense to me: a round of a game you like, a warm/cool drink, a pleasing food. its more about gratifiying your brain into associating following through with feeling good... at least hypothetically.
@JashiiCorrinАй бұрын
That makes sense, yeah 💜 Need to think some more about what I could include for that 🤔
@PrismsinaKaleidoscopeАй бұрын
@JashiiCorrin I think i saw m&ms in a banana in your other video so if you like them have one immediately after you finishing following through is a more specefic to you idea. Its essentially clicker training yourself to continue with the task.

How would you differentiate between your mini goals and your future me problems? I'm guessing your 2X in 202X page is unique because it is almost habit building due to the layer of repeatability of the things, but your mini goals and your future me problems almost seem to have overlap in function.
@JashiiCorrin11 күн бұрын
Mini-goals are the ones I have more of a push/want to do, or excitement to do. Future me problems are more like "...yeahhh I know....I should do that...I'll get to it eventually..." 😝 It's a very subjective distinction, haha
