Hi I have a question that how do I make my buttercream very stable in hot weather

Hot weather will always be an issue. There are more stable types of buttercream and some people will sub in vegetable shortening for part of the butter in hot climates. I always use coolers when transporting in hot weather. we also have a video on working with hot hands that covers our environment/set uo and some great tips that can be applied to working during the warmer months.

My main problem is too many ideas and then I get so many great ones from all of you as well. Sometimes I feel like my list grows every time I look at it, it's really become more of a book! I have been wanting to do a mirror glaze and water lilies would be a fantastic way to show that off!
