Awesome job as always. FYI the front brackets are dealer installed. My 25 I requested it not be, and no holes in my front bumper. 😉

Not true all the ones delivered here in Texas are dropped off with the front plate brackets already installed we even requested for it not to be.

Guys I’m sure you know this but I don’t recall you mentioning it in the video. After installation and vehicle reassembly the front radar needs to be recalibrated. Anytime a radar is is removed it needs to be double checked in calibration just to be safe.

The Fen Fab ECU cover does fit a 25. I put one on mine.

That’s good to hear the spacing looks right but it looks a little wider like it would still leave some of the Ecu exposed.

Just did this install, I get a CEL for active shutter position on a 2025 ST

I’ve sense found out, on the 25s you’ll throw a hard code when deleting the shutters 🥲

@HoustonSpeedFreaks i attempted to turn it off in forscan, but I am not sure if the value actually worked or if it's because it is still plugged in. I ripped all mine out and left the motor plugged in on my 2019 3.5 ecoboost and only got the soft code.

What do you think about drilling a couple of speed holes on the fins? Keeps the code out and allows air to flow even when closed. Just an idea.

Right off the bat... A big upgrade on the 25s is the 10 speed transmission! Will handle power like a built 6 cogs prior .

Drove a 25 ST some cool features but the dial shifter and hearing wind noise in the cabin at 70mph just wasn't feeling it.

The dial shifter grew on me in my 22 I still prefer column shifter. The wind noise is a new one for me as they had that issue in 2020 and supposedly fixed that for 21-24 so sucks if it’s back in the 25.

This seems to be the only intercooler to fit the 2025 so far, correct? If i order this, will I need to get much to adapt it to the 2025?

All the intercoolers on the market will fit but you’ll need to find either 2020-2024 charge pipes or order both hot and cold side charge pipes when you do the intercooler. Ford changed the connections on the intercoolers. I covered it in my video 😅

No they don’t have engine problems at all, I’ve seen very few with many major issues.

I have a 25 ST on the way and currently ordering parts prior to delivery. Which charge pipes on your site will work? I intent is to use the Fenfab V2 intake

The fenfab charge pipes will work but you’ll need to get 2 (2.5) couplers to fit everything as well

What is the difference with the turbos? I have a 2021 ST.

They have electronic wastegates not sure if they are bigger or smaller but definitely different which is why the down pipes don’t fit.
