if you are skilled and know what you are doing and what you want to do , then choosing any country makes sense . But if the country will throw you out just for their visa policies then you will not have the option to try atleast . Choosing should be done based on the profile and the particular field . Country can be any if it suits you .

( both will cost me 35 lakhs ) But I ended up in Sweden it seems I made best decision in my entire life, Although language is a barrier but I find Swedish is very easy when you know English already.
