2025 GMC Yukon Refresh: AT4 ULTIMATE, Updates to Exterior and Interior, New Diesel Engine, New Tech

A solid improvement in many ways. And though I'm not a fan of that big monstrous, vertical center console screen, it does look a lot better than I thought it would. So my biggest problem with this upgrade is a small thing, but one that will be so constant an issue that it may cause me not to buy one of these, and I've been waiting for them. The one big, stupid decision they made are those black glossy covers that go over the front center phone charging pad and cupholders. Not only do they look cheap, but they are going to just attract finger prints and smudges and dirt and lint like crazy. I've already seen two youtube vids where they didn't clean it first and they were filthy, and we're only two days in to this release. They should have just kept the open pore wood covers from last year's models, maybe just change the colors. Too bad. What a stupid decision. If not too late, they should change this even now.

I’m going to want for the more details on the elevation, then I’ll make my decision for either the elevation or the Denali. Great vid tho!!

Thanks for the great outline on the new Yukon. Any ideas if they’ll carry seat cooling in the AT4? No idea why that’s been excluded previously. Thanks.

Thank you for the kind words, and for the great question. From the looks of it, ventilation isn't on the AT4... but I will ask about the AT4 Ultimate. Will get back to you as soon as I hear back from my contacts at GMC. - Alex
