A great minivan if you don't care at all about how it looks. Way dated compared with other minivans. Can't justify the premium price for the dated design.also missing many modern features that should be included for that price.

This V6 will last 250,000 miles or more if properly maintained

Thumbs up. This advantage (V6 longevity) is pitted against the other vans having fuel saving hybrids which might need more maintenance and not make it as far. There is something to be said for less disposable vehicles both personally and our overall environment concerns. Plus, I’ve driven the Odyssey and I think the nice drive and performance are the result of the V6.

odyssey is great car but, ... it has a huge very critical deal-breakers: and those are: first of all absolutely stupid engine timing belt instead of timing chain this is terrible solution. . also no awd option. no pano-roof option. no 360-cam option. no plug-in with extra-large battery option. and no few other features options. (like slow traffic follow and etc) if honda will add them in next gen car it that case it will become number 1 van & bestseller.

Carnival is super nice but in the states I think Odyssey would be my choice but I def wouldn't choose Pacifica 😅

FWD is better. Not as heavy and clunky as AWD. Just drive slow for few days it’s snows.

@@ninja636stunta and good winter tire help as well. It’s just the mountain that chains are required. It’s a major pain that you don’t have to deal with in all wheel drive vehicles. I do like the Honda van the best

Read the ratings........Deleting the AWD system puts them behind the 8 ball when dealing with Toyota and Chrysler.

@@MeynMotorGroup My mistake obviously. Still I feel this is mistake as people movers in the Northern states require AWD to move with safety. The packaging is there as it's built on the Pilot platform. While I like the Odyssey's appearance, the price, ratings and lack of AWD ability to move in snow country, leave me wanting.
