@ The real estate market has a direct effect on my business. I have one business strategy when there’s a high velocity of housing transactions, and when it slows down, we have to pivot to different strategies.

@ they predict more sales in 2025. Interest rates to ease up. Mortgage applications are coming in strong. However u may not see any big change until the end of the year. It’s going to take time to inventory to get back to normal.

The Philadelphia suburbs market is nothing like the national trend. The suburbs has no inventory right now and homes are selling for thousands more. I just sold a house last week that no one wanted 4 weeks ago. We are about 2.5 months of supply. Philadelphia itself has more inventory than the burbs about 5 months of inventory. If you r selling in 2025 you will still Need to price your home well and stage and if you do will profit the most. I’m the burbs there are still holes not selling only because they r not priced right and/or stages at all. Come to my next seminar live or online on February 1 in ft Washington.
