Hyundai really missed with not just making the tail lights double as turn signals... my only pet peeve with the car is the turn signals. Everything else is perfect

Agreed. It's terrible. Having the turn signals and reverse signal right at the bottom makes no sense at all. Think someone at hyundai needs to wake up

hopefully someone could come with a solution to program those led tail lights to double as turn signal, if not hyundai themselves. car is like 9/10 even with those terrible rear turn signal

You know what is funny, I've never had a problem seeing the turn signals on any Tucson. They are low but the rear of the car is kinda high. Also from the rear you can see the turn signals on the side view mirrors as well. If you can't see either of those lights you are probably following to closely. From a safety stand point they are fine. From a subjective stand point they could of added a little flair with rear light bar. Maybe next time though.

Too bad they didn’t move/add the rear direction blinkers in one of the upper side lights : other cars close in city or traffic jam don’t see the low turn signals very well

Great video, but the rear turn signals are NOT LED. They are bulb lights.

In the Korean version they are not LED, but in the EU they are as you can see. I'll check tomorrow because I'm going to order.

I think having the rear turning lights on the bumper is a safety issue. I would be interested in buying one, but that issue is a nonstarter.

Tucson is a great vehicle but why is it that Hyundai cannot have the same car available worldwide? There are some features I see available on Korean, European and Canadian models that are not available on US based models. Why?

Kona designers must visit the Department of Design of Tucson.... Really Dynamic design, good analogy of shapes and a strong identity.... otherwise the new Kona is soft ungly and not as dynamic as tuscon

I hate the headlights, they are situated to low and to far in. It blocks your view when driving on country roads at night. I couldn't wait to get rid of mine to get something safer.
