I'm really loving my 2025 SEL Convenience. I got the tint done yesterday. I tinted the sunroof, and it's nice to leave the shade open now in Florida. I had a full rubber mat set purchased that comes on Friday. I got the center console organizer and a big organizer for the cargo area. Now it'll be ready for real use. Lol. Thanks.

It’s interesting watching this because in the U.K. we don’t get cars as low spec as this, our cars come with much more as standard, but I suppose they are more expensive too.

The wheels on the SEL w/Conv. Pkg. are not "slightly larger diameter" than on the plain SEL. Both models now have 18", which is a shame because the 19" wheels on the SEL w/Conv. Pkg. made a visual distinction between the two models. I have a 2023 SEL w/Conv. Pkg. that has the 19" wheels, and it makes the car look sharper! Instead of the 19" wheels, Hyundai replaced them with navigation now, but I'd much rather have the 19" wheels. ☹

I stated they were slightly larger before not that they are larger now.

I was able to lease the 2025 SEL @ 453 for 36 months. You think I got a good deal? Appreciate the videos and feedback!

It's always hard to judge because of how much money down you may or may not have done. You can lease for the low $200 range with money down and low mileage lease but it all varies.

The one thing I absolutely do Not like is the new steering wheel! Glad I have a ‘23 Limited. Guess next car will be a KIA or something else as long as they do not charge the one on the Palisades. LOL
@PatrickC1392 ай бұрын
That's pretty much the design theme that they are doing on all of their vehicles from this point forward. Was already changed on the Kona, the sonata and Elantra.

It's funny how some things are the same and some are different between the American and Canadian options. Either way Hyundai really improved the interior. I thought the previous interiors were nice but not as slick as the Sportage. Hyundai now edges out KIA with this design

You don't show pricing on front wheel drive?

Subtract $1,500 from the pricing for FWD. It is uncommon to see FWD in my area.

Are the cloth seats an improvement now?? Last year SEL cloth is kind of rough & scratchy.

Why is it that i have to buy the useless roof window if I want navigation.... Always been the case, hoped things would change... nope!
@CarsMadeSimpleАй бұрын
You can buy a 2024 Tucson Hybrid Blue and it includes built-in navigation without a sunroof. Unfortunately you can no longer get those two options together for 2025 in any configuration.

Glad I got a 24. Those new dashes with the one piece display are hideously uncreative. It look like they ran over a iPad and just placed it in the car. Absolute deal breaker for any Manufacturer taking the lazy route with that garbage. Depending how you position your seat the steering wheel could block out half the view. I predict that design will not last long.
@alexobedeanu2 ай бұрын
The view is not blocked in any way, and this comes from an owner. If you don't like it it's okay. But the new model has matrix lights (at least for Europe models) and many more differences that makes it better, so I wouldn't be so glad to own a 24 haha
@CarsMadeSimple2 ай бұрын
So I thought the same thing with the displays but Hyundai is using this new steering wheel design to allow for the 12" display to be fully (or near fully) displayed through the steering wheel gap itself. I did prefer the previous steering wheel design myself but this new one isn't terrible.

@@CarsMadeSimple That they had to change the steering wheel at an attempt to accommodate should have been enough to scrap the idea. Look how far forward you now have to reach just to use the touchscreen display. I would love to see a more up close shot to see how many additional nooks and crannies were created by not having displays built flush into the dash.
