Maybe the solution would be if NYS taxed the synthetic hemp industry the same as it does the cannabis industry it would be legal to sell and then our consumer would have a choice of what to purchase? Give the states what they want! $$$$$

Flower even at current levels won't cause trouble for daily users. New users need to build a tolerance. Dabs in overuse can cause CHS. It's about moderation and tolerance levels. Not over saturation of the body. Still chs doesn't kill you in the majority of cases. Unlike abuse of other herbs and drugs.
