Buying a home 🏡 is good but price of a wood skeleton is 3/4 cr😅😅😅 in canada 😮 just because of rapid increase student visa family migration in kerala u can buy 2 acres of land and 10000 sqft 10 bhk house but buying a xmas crib for 4 cr not at all worth

Unfortunately they don’t build concrete hose here . Main reason is during harsh winters everything will freeze inside the concrete . Like plumbing fixture etc . Moreover, the house will need tons of energy to warm it up and keep it warm for 6 months in -20 degree weather here . Lastly , wood is a renewable source compared to concrete. Each geographical location has its own unique criteria. Yes you can buy 10000 sqf house in Kerala for the same price but recent years more people are moving to foreign countries from Kerala and many 2000+ SF houses are simply staying vacant !!
