2025 KTM XCW 300 Hard Enduro -Garage Day - upgraded parts, narrowed bars and swing arm greasing.

Spent a bit of time today adding a few items onto the 2025 KTM 300 XCW Hard Enduro - Rear Brake lever, new grips, and a TBI cover protector. I cut the bars a 1/2 inch shorter and greased the rear swing arm.

Put a billet design sticker over the tusk and you're good to go 😂😂

If I could have an new XCW with a softer frame, better mileage and the XC motor I'd be all in! Beautiful bike, enjoy!

Thanks so far I am impressed with the 2025 bike. That being said, I am moving up from a 2017 KTM 300 XCW. The new bikes the power is so linear and the suspension is great out of the box without any mods so far. Not sure if I need more power like the XC. The map switch with the green mode is quite snappy but we will see once I get more time on the bike. Cheers.

I prefer flag style guards and the standard brake tip position.... But at least we're both old. 😂🤣

Yeah’ I wish I would have started riding in my 20’s and not my 40’s. But better late then never I am running out of time. Lol

Hey mate did your front bar bag fit ok with the bar pad on iv got a 2025 six days and just bought the same front handle bar bag was bit worried the bar pad would get in the way thanks heaps from all the over in Australia

It seems to fit not too bad. I was able to tuck the straps in beside the outside edges of the bar pad. My 2017 KTM 300 does fit better but it works and I am happy with how it fits.

I will have to take a look. It was already mounted from the dealer.
