I owned a 2019 and a 2022 E class and am looking to change in 2025. Mechanically and comfort is top class but I am really turned off by the move to touch screen controls in the center panel. It is fiddly and dangerous. The 2019 model which had a circular button for navigation was far better and much safer, enabling you to operate it (eg zoom in and out of the maps) without taking your eyes from the road. Could be a deal breaker for me.
