Good honest review again. From your initial walkaround.... First thing I noticed. Petrol cap was not well aligned against the rest of the panel. It looks it does not sit flush. Secondly the poor paint mis-match of the rear bumper with the rest of the car. Inside, the drivers screen doesn't look centred and sits to the left of the steering wheel - OCD triggers galore! I feel the attention to detail is not as good as it could be.

Great videos mate, just can't bring myself to buying one of these. I feel like they creep in price with other established car makers despite being here for 5 Mins. Look at the Haval H6 GT. Nearly $50k for the top of the range one is a joke.

Thanks. Yep, I can understand that. For me, if it's cheap then some areas are forgivable. Like with this, it starts from only $33,990 drive-away for the entry Vibe. That's pretty darn cheap for this segment. Don't expect much back at resale though.

Interesting they’ve actually developed their own engine for this. The old one had GM-SAIC engines, same family as what was used in the last of the 1.4L turbo Astras. And a variable geometry turbo! Very rare in a petrol engine, that was exclusive to Porsche only a couple of years ago. Still wouldn’t buy one.

Thanks for the review 👍. Just my opinion only, i would personally stay away from front wheel drive SUV's, especially one with a turbo. Naturally aspirated front wheel drive SUV's are bad enough with traction on acceleration (in the wet forget it). Even naturally aspirated all wheel drive SUV's are far superior in my opinion. @drivingenthusiastaustralia2 ай бұрын
Yeah the new wet DCT offers heaps better response than the old setup, but you're right. It's probably gone too far the other way by engaging too quickly. At the end of the day I don't think regular SUVs like this should have a dual-clutch gearbox in the first place. They are great for performance but a normal torque converter system is way smoother and better suited to this style of vehicle in my opinion.
