After my weight loss surgery, there were lots of feelings to sort through on top of all the food, vitamins, exercise tracking so I definitely recommend the full year so you can get all that out too! I wishing you the very very best with your surgery!

Use the tan colour diary for your health after the op, just keep all your heath stuff in there so you can just grab it when you need it, and it’s all in one place so no details get lost. The grey covered one in the black cover as a thoughts and brain dumping book, plenty of room on the pages to chat. The TNs to create art and maybe a quote or saying with the art, written instead of being sticker so you get good at writing with a nice flourish 😀

You know what’s funny I just went thru the exact same thing for my health journal needing to track my pain sleep (or lack of it’s 2:30am and I’m awake 🙃). Got all excited for my pretty weeks and new Tragen cover. Then got my N1 SI full year it’s a chunky monkey but the room it has I can fit sooooo much more in it. I like you have the PTD and of course the Faded Chronicle. But I decided the first to go was the weeks I sold it and the cover. So as of today I’m keeping the SI horizontal full year but I guess what this space 😱

I wish more people made floral swag washi tapes or sheets full of floral strips. I never seem to have enough stickers for doing edging with and I have to cut and piece together other stickers.

I live in Tampa Bay Area in Florida. Yes Milton was horrible! This was our second in a few weeks. I’m not sure I can live here anymore. It’s so terrifying and stressful.

I had gastric bypass in February 2018. I highly recommend Dr Weiner's weight loss YT channel. I regained 50lbs during the pandemic, but I lost the regain thanks to a low dose of Zepbound for 7 months. I have been able to maintain my healthy BMI since July thru diet and walking. Other things to consider tracking are your side effects and food sensitivities. I still experience the unpleasant side effects of RNY, but the side effects help me stay focused on whole foods and portion control. I really like your wellness journal with the Paper Tess standard TN size. I'm thinking about trying that set-up again for 2025.

I track food/ symptoms/ mental health stuff - I use the daily pages in the Sterling tn for more detailed food info - and have the overview stats in the weekly bit, I never ever have enough space to track intake in the weekly section, and found having a daily page for it meant I could write more notes on how I was feeling (i have an eating disorder so was trying to track binges/ physical stuff/ goals etc) - with the surgery you might want more space for the info and to track stuff so might be worth considering - having the weekly as the overview of statistics and important info, and a daily for details. Just a thought :) Love your videos!! Xxx

Becky...I too will be having bariatric surgery (Gastric Sleeve). My date is not set yet, but I'm anticipating late December or January. What I ended up getting to track my "macros", exercise, water consumption, etc. is the Sterling Ink N1H Weekly and N1 Monthly booklets. I plan on dividing the week page into 4 boxes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) to put my totals (calories, fat, carbs, fibre, protein). Then on the blank page facing it I will draw in some charts for tracking my water intake, exercise (cardio, weights, yoga), sleep, and my weight. Then, in the monthly booklet, I will write in all my appointments. The monthly booklet also has the Goals and Quarterly pages, which I will use as overall weight loss/fitness/health goals and tracking. I am hoping to get January and my trackers in the monthly set up by Wednesday. If you want me to send you pictures of the setup, let me know, and I will email them to you.

For your health planner... The back blank pages... You can rapid log on those pages just like you do for the functional planner but you can write down what you ate, tick off how many glasses of water youve had, your mood, any symptoms of feeling ill or having a bad day, you could also put pictures of your body back there for the transformation you are about to have because it's motivating! Basically, you just have one page to keep up with but if you get behind tracking on your trackers, you could always look at your daily log and backlog your health stuff. Hope this makes sense. You can also put affirmations in the back, a year in pixels when it comes to your weight so you can see how much you've lost over an entire year... Andddddd I think you're talking about these things now lol

If you wouldn’t mind, it would be very appreciated to have some type of warning at the start of videos that will have discussion of tracking food, weight, weight ins, measurement, etc. Accidentally coming across these can be really triggering for those in eating disorder recovery.
