I subscribed to your channel years ago Kyle, and it’s great to still see you are still putting out really good quality car videos. They’re always really in-depth and exactly what potential buyers need, as well as those of us that are simply happy to learn about them. That RAM interior looks excellent. I think I’d own a RAM over the other makes, simply because I love their design and brand. It wouldn’t bother me that it’s an inline-6 engine at all. It still sounds great and it’s really smooth too.

I have never seen a twin turbocharged engine for the ram 1500 pickup truck. I mean, the engine looks amazing! It's a 3.0 liter twin-turbocharged inline-6 cylinder. Compared to Ford's F-150 3.5 twin-turbocharged ecoboost v6 engine. The all new 2025 ram 1500 limited looks so amazing of the truck!

I really wanted to lease one and then, if all good, to do a buyout, but the payments where insane, I mean insane. Couldn't justify it, and so I took a loaded Laramie, black/black with chrome, bed and sport pack with Pano-roof for out the door at 61K. I love this truck/block. Amazing ride and comfort. IMHO, puts Ford and GMC in the pocket.

My grandfather has a hemi and I feel like the hurricane is better. I have no clue how the reliability is but the power and smoothness is so much more refined then the Hemi.

Bought a Ford F250 from 1979 free months ago. Money saving, fixable with a paperclip and a piece of duct tape. Instead of expensive sensors, computers and every mechanic loves to work on it. Gets 'er done every time!

I agree. Too much technology doesn't mean it is the greatest. Too much can lead to more problems. I sometimes wonder if the car manufacturers are experimenting with which technology works better. At the same time, the consumers are paying the price, e.g., RECALLS and PROBLEMS - leading back to the dealership for repairs until they get it right. In some cases, staying longer in the dealership for months and still making monthly payments. UNBELIEVABLE!!

ALL of the FIVE MAJOR brands of full-size truck (Ford, GMC, Chevy, Toyota) are getting SOOOOOO GOOD that it is DIFFICULT to choose based just on towing/carrying capacity and base driving feature set alone. You now have to take into account interior comfort and your ability to get the BEST FINANCE RATE possible! The truck that gives you the BEST monthly payment and the MOST interior comfort for your desired towing and carrying capacity is the truck YOU should buy! I actually like this truck very very well as a daily! Would I buy it? Unfortunately, since I do tow MORE THAN 30,000 lbs (i.e. CDL needed!), I have to go with the Ford F450 Superduty Limited with onboard ProPower package (2000 Watts) and the onboard weigh-scale. With the Tow Package, the F450 is going to be pulling around 32,000 LBS since I will be building/welding myself a multi-bedroom custom luxury toy hauler 5th Wheel trailer and a new custom rough-water fishing boat out of 7075-T6 Aluminum that fits on the back of the trailer along with the Can-Am Defender. A 1500/F150 Series truck just won't cut it! Gotta go with the heavy duty BIG DIESEL option! V

I have been told by my local RAM dealer that the Limited trim comes standard with the RamBox Cargo-Management System (compartments built into the tops of both sides of the truck bed), and that there is not a delete option for this. However, I see that the Limited you are testing in this video does NOT have the RamBox Cargo-Management System. How did you make this happen? Do you know something the RAM dealers don't to get these RamBox's deleted?

I’ll admit it. I was one of those dummies that bought one of these. MSRP was just shy of $86k. I got about $14k off. I didn’t do my research, like knowing that you needed to run premium fuel in it etc. I fell for the horse power and torque, the corny screen over the glovebox, etc. The discount off the msrp had me locked in. After driving it for about a month I hated my decision and had really bad buyers remorse. The motor was aggravating. Turbo lag and constant inconsistency at low speeds aka jerking, very low rpm to where it almost felt that it was going to cut off. Under 5 mph there’s something just off and not right. The interior is nice but the cloth inserts in the “leather seats” was evidently a cost saving move. The “massage seats” are useless and remind me of those cheap Christmas gifts you see at Walmart that feel like two golf balls rolling on your back. NOTHING like the F150 massage seats that actually feel good. The “infotainment” screen over the glovebox is absolutely useless and just a cool factor. Much rather had had the additional glove box space. The 14.5” screen is nice but VERY slow to respond. A lot of lag time. Just about EVERYTHING is controlled by it. And that’s not a good thing, especially while driving. It’s hard to keep your attention on the road while swiping all over the screen to figure out just how to do simple tasks. And if that thing goes out I’m sure the entire truck will be useless. I won’t deny though, when you punch the gas it goes and goes quick once you pass the turbo lag. But your mpg pays the price. Drive it like you stole it and you’ll be lucky to get 15mpg. Drive it like an old lady and the best you’ll get is 20mpg. The upgraded stereo sounded ok but I could swear a speaker sounded blown somewhere in the truck with certain songs with a lot of vocal, not bass. Another annoying feature was the auto raising and lowering of the height. You punch the gas to pass someone temporarily and it starts to lower to aero mode. Once you lower speed, after passing someone, it starts to rise again to normal height. There’s no way to disable that feature and it becomes annoying. The sound. I know it’s an inline 6 but it sounds like an older Toyota Tacoma V6 and that’s just something you’ll have to get used to. And lastly, the tires. The tires suck. Seem bumpy and do not compliment the air suspension. And no matter how hard you scrub them you will never get the “white” lettering white. And they are all like that. Weird. With all this, a high monthly payment, the already recall of about 34,000 these trucks, the horror stories on forums, and the uncertainty of the company, I just couldn’t take the chance in being way upside down in something that could end up in a shop with issues and leave me stuck with a pos. So I traded it. Yeah, lost my a$$ for about $7k but a least its gone. Just fyi. Dealerships will not offer you prime trade in value for these. It’s just too much that’s not right and too much uncertainty in this vehicle and the company. Hard lesson learned and costly mistake on my part.

We all know there's 3 different gas nozzles in all gas stations. Yellow nozzle is for e85 ethanol, green nozzle is for diesel fuel, and the black nozzle is for normal gasoline, and it is used for regular unleaded, mid-grade, and premium unleaded fuel.

@@2H2521 We haven't had any specific or major engine issues with our 3.5 ecoboost F150s as far as the engines go. The transmissions on the other hand...but thats an issue no matter what engine you go with. Ford just makes junk. The 6R80s were trash and the 10R80s even more so.

I just can’t get behind that engine at all. I have a ram with the Hemi and my thing has always been that if you need turbos then you don’t have enough cylinders. I just don’t see this sewing machine lasting past the warranty and being a good engine overall.
