I don't know how old your little guy is, but I taught school for 25 years and I taught kindergarten for 10 of that. I can tell you its ok for you to read aloud your books to your little person at home, they won't understand what you are reading, but they will be exposed to rich vocabulary, the cadence of reading and they will have a love of it before they can even read!!!!

@jodydiou haha i used and loved Archer and olive notebooks for a few years at one point and am debating on using one for the second half of the year :) but I use one of their TN for my 5 year journal.

HI, the cover is from Aura Estelle, It got it quite a few years ago, on etsy. but they have their own website now. But I don't think they make this particular one anymore... 😕

how do you write so beautifully with brush pen? i tried and its so ugly 😭

it has taken a few years to be able to write like this with one and its still not perfect haha I do try and write like this ( loopy) where I can fit it in... anytime I do write something hat not for documentation etc. It will come just keep doing it ❤

Also the easiest tips I have are; hold you pen at an angle, write with the tip with light pressure on up strokes (anytime you write part of a letter that upwards) and put some pressure on the down strokes. Hope this helps a little bit !
