2025 reset, getting rid of things that no longer serve me

It totally makes sense Byron! I'm such a nostalgic person and I hold so much weight and memories to items, it's super hard to get rid of things but now I've started to sort it out into storage and hold onto things that bring me so much joy :) In terms of ex-relationship, I get to a point where I don't feel like I need it. Keep it if it's special to you. You can always change your mind in the future.

see that’s the thing i can’t part with sentimental stuff in case i one day regret it, not that it serves me purpose right now but knowing it brought me so much joy previously it feels a shame to discard

@@tbhbyron In that case I would feel no shame in keeping it and storing it somewhere where you have access to it but it’s not in view, perhaps under bed storage is good for that. I understand flat space is limited but storage boxes that can be kept in high places or a cupboard and under bed storage is great for pieces like this

Honestly, normalise just not drinking for your mental health but still going on a night out. I feel like the UK has such an unhealthy relationship with alcohol and there’s no reason to really feel like going out NEEDS to involve drinking it’s stupid. Waking up feeling fresh and productive is so much nicer.
