2025 SA AMCA Title - SPECTACULAR FINISH!

The 2025 South Australian AMCA National Championship will be long remembered for one of the most spectacular finishes as the top four competitors raced through turns 3 and 4 on the final lap and in a drag race to the finish line all hell broke loose as Stephen Hopkins went on to take the win by less than a half car length over Mick Kiraly after 30 nonstop laps. Shane Cartwright from New South Wales was in third, however spun to the infield and across the finish line and out of contention to be relegated by the steward back to eighth as the last car on the lead lap. Back-to-back defending Champion Tim Reidy relinquished his title while salvaging third. Queensland's Peter Robotham and New South Welshman Peter Markulin rounding the top five from the 18-car field.
