Is there some reason we can't run races with collisions off when it's this big of a problem and hard to recover from? Like, what does it add besides 'realism' if you can get slammed out of a corner on narrow tracks due to weird physics and not even anything someone else did wrong?

It’s the port on the controller if you don’t have it plugged in, it won’t happen but if you have it plugged in and move your controller a little bit it will disconnect. Mine did she same thing and got a new controller and it fixed the problem.

i think they went a little to hard on the "rough" versions of the tracks, like look at the DDC series, completely smooth, but the racing is almost better.

ehhh. have ya actually raced it againts other fast ppl? in the official event the only way ur passing someone 99% of the time is a rythm or woops passing in a corner is just gonna lose u time and prob get caught in the next rythm and the pass has to be hella aggresive if its in the corners

After riding “experts” for years irl, im not amazing at the game but i use irl exp when getting lapped. If you cant get out of the way well in advanced, the next best thing is to stay straight as best as possible, the better riders should then be able to pass you easily.

About your drivers and freezes. I just resolved a similar issue on my pc. My solution was to completely remove the old AMD graphic drivers drivers using the "DDU tool" and reinstalling using BIOS. Had problems for weeks and this solved it

ive been playing this track a lot on the ranked servers and i think no ruts maybe a few on the insides of the 90's but with this scalling even on a 250 i can cut down and still triple in and the track seems to race pretty damn well in my opinion

The other thing annoying about the DDC races is people that finish in front of your are sitting blocking the finsh line jump.

You may need to update the firmware on the PS controller. I had the same issue with the PS controller a year ago. Updated the firmware via a PS app that allows you to do so. never disconnected since.

well, i am guessing u updated ur videocard drivers. did u also check ur chipset drivers? they basically make sure all of ur devices work smoothly together ;D

me personally i ride with respect when i battle with people going into corners and were side by side ill take the inside and case the next jump rather than i take them out due to pibo. but i also feel like people will use you as a burm no matter what then say get good. and also when i get lapped i stay the fu out the way then i try and keep up with the guy until i cant see him also some blue flags will be thrown when the person is 2 turns behind so im just waiting for half the track for this guy to pass ya know and also some people ride with a ego when it says ranked im s2 but tthats my input

The track looks very fun and difficult and I can't wait to try it. On the controller side I know you are very comfertable on your PS controller but maybe try the Xbox controller and see if that disconnects as I don't have a issue with them ever

racing at a high level creates a frustrating situation, in all forms of racing almost. In this situation you have people who have qualified for a race, and therefore believe they are "fast" or fall into the mindset that they shouldn't be moving over. the problem is this is a game, and physical injury isn't an issue, so they get in that headspace, and just focus on what they are doing, and couldn't care less what is going on in your race. Tale as old as time unfortunately :(
