Not under 50K. I have yet to find one that receives the tax credit.

So far only grey will get a tax credit, unless you opt in for FSD. I wouldn't call it under 50k since only 1 color qualifies for a tax credit. I hope they drop prices back to launch pricing. I paid 52999 before incentive when I ordered on April 23rd.
