Nine circles is a good first hard demon but not the 4th easiest. There are levels like Bicycle (1.4 level), Extreme Park (6 star gameplay but memory), Space Invaders (akward camera controls) and many more a lot easier hard demons.

Can you explain how Megalovania is harder than Entropic Dreams for you? I play on 60hz, Megalovania took me 1096 atts while Entropic Dreams took me 1679 atts (wtf even more than Ditched Machine). Are you good at slow paced gp and complex wave manoeuvering, or do you have troubles with fast paced and speedy gp?

I would say ocellios is also pretty easy. The boss fights are simple and don’t require too much memory. And once you get the hang of the level, it actually becomes really fun! But the choke point at 51% can become frustrating.

I'd say nine circles could be swapped with Darkness Keeper. Darkness Keeper is hard but it's pretty easy to learn. I feel like it has more of a medium demon difficulty instead.

If you do another one of these videos. You should take a look at the level called Ruination by Annon. It is one of the easiest hard demons I have play. It took me around 700 attempts to beat. The level has great gameplay and a few fakes at the beginning and the level is mostly 3x speed.

Imo some levels that are wayyyyyy easier and only took me 20-30 minutes to beat (they are platformer and I don't know if platformer would be included on this list) are Invertigo by dashiell10 which only requires a bit of learning but is overall great gameplay and very fun to do, and Parabox by matty2023 which is a fun and simple puzzle level. Both are hard demons.
