The Venza was a rav 4 with some fake food and techy sunroof. This vehicle is much quieter and feels more like a luxury vehicle when inside. We drove a 24 Crown sedan. You could tell it was way different than a Camry.
@TripleBerg3 ай бұрын
@@djplonghead5403 We drove the Venza and the 2024 Crown sedan. Crown had little better ride, slightly quieter, and less body roll, but honestly, I didn’t think it was worth $8K more. I would not get a pano roof on Venza or any vehicle because leaks are expensive to repair.

I have driven the ‘25 Crown Signia Limited for about a month now. Approximately 700 miles. I have the same observation with the torque. The engine “feels” like a V6 when you are driving in Normal and Sport Drive mode. The full-time AWD does feel like you are actually in an SUV. Turning radius is very good, if I have to compare this to my previous 2016 Avalon. The seat is comfortable and we have been stuck in traffic with it. I hope that Toyota will come out with the “Platinum” model and maybe add the power steering column, HUD and maybe the retractable roof. I have been only using 91 octane for fuel and I have been getting 35mpg City and 42 mpg HWY. My only complaint is the manual steering column and no roof racks/accessories.
@stevewise16562 ай бұрын
Does it include folding mirrors? Lack of power steering wheel is ridiculous. My son's 2016 KIA even has power steering wheel. Toyota claims they're not holding back on some options, because they would be competing against Lexus. However, we know that's not true. Also, in Japan they offer a plug-in hybrid that may eventually come to the US. I'm going to wait on this until they add some more features. My past Toyota's had short seats and could've used a lower thigh extended support. We do have that in both of our cars now, though it's another brand.
@rnmendozaphotography2 ай бұрын
@@stevewise1656 for the limited model it does come with the power windows with the folding capability
@stevewise16562 ай бұрын
@@rnmendozaphotography Thanks for the information! You have the top of the line model and that should include power steering column, HUD, and other niceties. I also briefly owned an Avalon and it had a power steering column and HUD. Mine was a 2019, though the gears would stick and sound like the transmission was going to drop. The seat bottom was short and I'm not a super tall guy. I've heard Toyota has been making the seat bottoms longer for more thigh support. Plus, the turning radius was awful. Toyota did offer wifi service in the car, though that was an extra fee. It also had remote start. Is that included in the Crown? With Toyota so many things that should be included are options.
@rnmendozaphotographyАй бұрын
@ yes the remote start is included with the app and the remote. HUD is not included in Toyota Crown Signia Limited as of yet. I am waiting for an update and I hope the next one will be better and still come assembled from Japan!

Yeah, it is stupid. I think because they went wagon instead of crossover they didn’t care about reclining seats- let alone sliding seats. I think most people keep the sliding seats all the way back & the hybrid battery takes that place so that is why even Lexus doesn’t do sliding seats in the RX. I do wish it had reclining seats in the Crown.

It looks fine in black tbh But just like the new Camey XSE, in anything besides black, it'll look hideous. This is only second to the XSE's body colour grille in ugliness, and I'm not certain where (Toyota) Corporate is going with this. Didn't look good on the Lexus Crossovers, and will simply look worse on these cars. A gloss black separate piece would simply look 100x better.
