Unfortunately, almost everything we buy is made in China, including expensive brands. I've bought Temu and been pleasantly surprised, I do think their prices are going up too. 😊

Thank you, yes and the point is option, if you have a need for an item, depending on what you need, you have options, Temu is just one option depending on your budget

I don't understand, it's not possible to thrift everything? Where else do you shop? Underwear, hair stuff, things for your kitchen, target? Walmart? Zara? Where do you shop for things you don't thrift?

The above is link explaining the issues with Temu. I understand it is not possible to thrift everything, but there are choices. No shade no harm intended Rushae. Just hoping to leave less of a mess for our kids.

​@@tsmyth9142the thing is all places will have effects, including Amazon which everyone goes crazy for and quite a bit of the products come from the same manufacturers, we all need things and buy things no one needs to do a haul, but if you are in the market for something home, fashion etc as a person who buys more responsibly you have another option, so if it's $20 here but $10 there depending on your budget you have options, but regardless which mass retail you choose you're still purchasing something you're going to buy regardless...
