Do you think this is a good muscle building workout for WR. Bench press,Deadlift, Bench press, Deadlift, Bicep curls, One legged squats,Bicep curls, One legged squats,Sit ups,Heisman jumps, Pull ups, Sit-ups, Hesitant jumps, Pull ups. 4 days a week. Or should I do an upper body then a lower, then an upper, then a lower body split. What do you think will work the best?

Coach, nice drills. We do something very similar to the first one…but I like, agree with, and will incorporate the concept behind the shuffle start. Also like the term “energy lane.” Thank you for all the great content.
