The Xpeng P7+ electric liftback has been officially unveiled in China, preparing for its market launch later this year. This model represents Xpeng's cutting-edge technology, as it becomes the first vehicle to feature the next-generation autonomous driving platform. With an impressive peak power of 230 kW (308 horsepower) and a maximum driving range of up to 710 kilometers, the P7+ is poised to make a strong impact in the electric vehicle market.
In terms of specifications, the 2024 Xpeng P7+ stands out as a mid-to-large electric sedan, measuring 5,056 mm in length, 1,937 mm in width, and 1,512 mm in height. The vehicle is available with two battery options: a 60.7 kWh lithium iron phosphate pack for the base model and a larger 76.3 kWh option for extended range. Powertrain options include a 180 kW motor producing 241 horsepower and a more powerful 230 kW motor delivering 308 horsepower, catering to different performance preferences.
The P7+ boasts advanced features such as Xpeng's XNGP (Xpeng Navigation Guided Pilot) assisted driving system, enhancing its autonomous driving capabilities. The vehicle can be charged via a standard wall plug or a charging station for convenience. Its design incorporates a sleek coupe-style silhouette with distinctive "C"-shaped taillights, and inside, the cockpit is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip for a high-tech driving experience. This state-of-the-art model is being manufactured at Xpeng's factory in Guangzhou, further solidifying its place as a forward-thinking electric sedan.
