剛剛從香港回來. 今次同朋友係旺角火車站嗰商場shoppong. 朋友老公係洋人. 有個女人走過來叫我哋俾$100佢搭車返屋企, 不停話自己好慘, 我哋唔俾錢, 佢話我哋冇陰公. 最搞笑呢個女人識講英文, 同朋友的老公講英文. 結果呢個女人跟我哋行咗成層樓, 結果行到一田超市有security先走.

小豪子 Your friend is right. It's not recommended to offer a ride to strangers because of safety reasons. It's completely normal to say "no" in this kind of situations (they shouldn't have asked to begin with). There's a common rule on highways: Don't stop for anyone on the highways because of the unforeseen / potential danger. Saying no to these awkward requests doesn't make you a bad person. Even though we should always be nice and kind to people but we have to evaluate the potential risks and determine to what extent we should offer help. Stay safe everyone!
